Directions:

- Spread the mixture evenly over the flour tortillas, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice the rolls into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve chilled.
