Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for dusting
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil, and white wine (if using). Beat until well blended.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle over the batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon-sugar layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for about 20 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
