Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 2 1/2 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
Directions:
- Dissolve the instant coffee and sugar in hot water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture. Stir well until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Add cold water to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Once set, cut the coffee jelly into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix together heavy cream and condensed milk until well combined.
- To serve, place the coffee jelly cubes in individual serving bowls or glasses and drizzle with the cream mixture.
