Chocolate Lasagna


  • 1 package (36 cookies) Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk
  • 1 container (12 oz) whipped topping, divided
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips


  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Add 2 tablespoons of milk and granulated sugar, mixing well.
  3. Stir in 1 1/4 cups of the whipped topping. Spread this mixture over the chilled Oreo crust.
  4. In another bowl, combine the instant chocolate pudding with 3 1/4 cups of cold milk. Whisk for several minutes until the pudding starts to thicken. Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Allow the dessert to rest for 5 minutes so that the pudding can firm up slightly.
  6. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
  7. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
