Cheesy Tater Tot Meatloaf Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and papan. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the meat.
  5. Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese in a single layer.
  6. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this mixture evenly over the tater tots.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the tater tots are golden brown.
  8. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
