Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Bake

  1. Ingredients:
    • 12 oz spaghetti
    • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
    2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
    3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, chopped onion, chopped green and red bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
    4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the sauce mixture.
    5. Pour the spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
    6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
    7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
    8. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
