This apple cake is super legit! I learned to bake it online and I am so glad that I decided to give it a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Now, I am very confident to let my family and friends taste this incredible cake. Feel free to add more ingredients to this simple recipe if you feel like it. I have always wanted to combined apples with strawberries. I don’t know, but I think it would taste heavenly. One of these days, maybe I will give it a try! Ingredients:

1 cup of vegetable oil

1-3/4 cup sugar

3 Eggs

2 cup flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 large apples, chopped

1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:

Step 1: In a small mixing bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and oil. Beat until well mixed.

Step 2: In another mixing bowl, sift the flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3: Transfer the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Beat until well combined.

Step 4: Add in apples, nuts, and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.

Step 5: Apply cooking spray and sprinkle flour in a 9×13-inch pan.

Step 6: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Spread it evenly on the bottom.

Step 7: Place it inside the oven and bake at 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until done.

Step 8: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
