Air Fryer Chicken Skewers

  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 1 large onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • Wooden or metal skewers


    1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    2. Add the chicken pieces to the seasoning mix and toss to coat evenly.
    3. Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion pieces alternately onto the skewers.
    4. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
    5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch each other for even cooking.
    6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice golden brown exterior.
    7. Serve hot, optionally with a side of tzatziki or your favorite dipping sauce.
