- Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Wooden or metal skewers
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the seasoning mix and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion pieces alternately onto the skewers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch each other for even cooking.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice golden brown exterior.
- Serve hot, optionally with a side of tzatziki or your favorite dipping sauce.
