• 16 oz refried beans
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 12 small clear plastic cups


  1. Start by spooning a layer of refried beans into the bottom of each plastic cup, filling about 1/6 of the cup.
  2. Next, add a layer of guacamole over the beans.
  3. Follow with a layer of sour cream.
  4. Spoon salsa on top of the sour cream.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over the salsa.
  6. Add the chopped tomatoes as the next layer.
  7. Finally, top with black olives and green onions.
  8. Refrigerate the dip cups until ready to serve. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
