Ingredients:
- 16 oz refried beans
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 12 small clear plastic cups
Directions:
- Start by spooning a layer of refried beans into the bottom of each plastic cup, filling about 1/6 of the cup.
- Next, add a layer of guacamole over the beans.
- Follow with a layer of sour cream.
- Spoon salsa on top of the sour cream.
- Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over the salsa.
- Add the chopped tomatoes as the next layer.
- Finally, top with black olives and green onions.
- Refrigerate the dip cups until ready to serve. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
