Directions:

- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
- Dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Place the chocolate-covered bars back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the bars for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
