  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips


  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until the coconut is fully coated and the mixture is sticky.
  2. Using your hands, shape the coconut mixture into small rectangular bars and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 15-20 minutes, or until firm.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  4. Dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Place the chocolate-covered bars back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
