Ingredients
Scale
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
24 pieces Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, portion out small balls of dough (about 1 inch in diameter). Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges begin to golden.
Take the cookies out of the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
Allow them to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Make sure to use creamy peanut butter for the best texture.
Store cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
