Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the zucchinis. Slice them into thin pieces, about 1/8-inch thick.

- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Place the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
- Air fry the zucchini chips for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
- Once cooked, let the chips cool for a few minutes to allow them to crisp up further.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- For a vegan option, omit the Parmesan cheese.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
