- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnishing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded pepper jack cheese.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, and garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, or crusty bread.
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your heat preference.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
