- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, and half the parmesan cheese. Stir well.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring the chicken is well covered.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat for 4-5 hours or high heat for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, break the fettuccine in half and add it to the slow cooker, stirring to submerge it in the sauce.
- Once the pasta is cooked, shred the chicken with two forks in the slow cooker and add the remaining parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- For a richer flavor, use freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for added nutrition.
