Instructions
- Start by patting the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Generously coat each lamb chop with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the lamb chops and grill or sear them for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Once cooked, let the chops rest for a minute or two before serving.
