- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- Fresh strawberries sliced (for red)
- Fresh blueberries (for blue)
- Optional whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups or a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling onto the prepared crust evenly, topping each one with sliced strawberries and blueberries to form the red, white, and blue layers.
- Cover the cheesecakes with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once chilled, remove from the fridge, top with extra whipped cream if desired, and serve to your guests!
