- 1 lb pasta
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 can tuna or chickpeas (drained)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ cup grated parmesan or cheddar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain pasta and return to the pot.
- Add pasta sauce, protein, garlic powder, and oregano. Heat through for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Season and serve immediately.
