Ingredients:
- 1 package (16 oz) broccoli slaw mix
- 2 packages (3 oz each) ramen noodles, crushed
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw mix, crushed ramen noodles (reserve the seasoning packets for later), slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, and chopped green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles. Mix until the sugar is dissolved and the dressing is well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
