Ingredients:
- 1 box (3 oz) orange Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions:
- In a large bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and mix well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until slightly thickened but not set.
- In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 2 minutes until it thickens.
- Add the thickened pudding to the slightly thickened Jell-O and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently until everything is well incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set and chilled.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
