Ingredients:
- 1 package (3 oz) orange Jell-O
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in boiling water. Add cold water and stir to combine. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
- Fold in the mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled.
