Orange Creamsicle Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (3 oz) orange Jell-O
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in boiling water. Add cold water and stir to combine. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Once cooled, whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  6. Serve chilled.
