Description
Magic Cookies are a delightful treat that combines nuts, coconut, and chocolate for a chewy, sweet experience.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or other nuts (almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts)
- 1 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3–4 graham crackers, crushed
- 1 cup condensed milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the crushed graham crackers, nuts, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and condensed milk. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Using a large tablespoon, scoop out about 16 portions and drop them onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges. If the coconut has spread out too much, use a knife to gently push it back into the cookie shape while it’s still warm.
- Let the cookies cool until the condensed milk hardens (this is key for that chewy texture!).
Notes
- Freeze any remaining condensed milk for later use.
- Feel free to experiment with different types of nuts.
