- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium is best)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard. Whisk these ingredients together until well blended.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over the top, making sure to coat each piece well. Let the sauce simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a touch of color and freshness. Serve immediately.

- For a spicier version, consider adding red pepper flakes to the sauce.
