Ingredients
Scale
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (Alternatively, use crushed vanilla wafers)
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened (Must be at room temperature for easier mixing)
½ cup Fireball whiskey
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chopped nuts (Optional for extra texture)
Extra powdered sugar for rolling (Optional)
Instructions
Start by assembling all your ingredients. Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, Fireball whiskey, and vanilla extract. Use a spatula or your hands to mix until fully combined. The mixture should be moist but not too sticky.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes to firm up the mixture.
Remove the chilled mixture from the refrigerator. Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form 1-inch balls.
Roll the balls in extra powdered sugar or chopped nuts if desired.
Place the coated whiskey balls on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
Once chilled, serve the Fireball Whiskey Balls on a platter.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
Chilling the mixture helps in forming the balls more easily.
Feel free to customize the coating with different nuts or toppings.
