- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (reserve some for the top layer)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (reserve for topping)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, beaten egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Lay down three uncooked lasagna noodles, breaking them to fit as necessary.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles followed by a generous layer of marinara sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat these layers, ending with a layer of sauce and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
- You’ll know it’s done when the noodles are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with a side salad or some garlic bread for a complete meal.
Notes
