  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury)

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and add the diced onion, sliced carrots, sliced celery, and minced garlic.
  3. Sprinkle in the dried thyme, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper, then stir to combine.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the crockpot and shred it using two forks.
  6. Return the shredded chicken to the pot along with the frozen peas, cream of chicken soup, and milk, stirring until well combined.
  7. Cut each biscuit into quarters and drop them into the bubbling mixture in the crockpot, ensuring they float on top.
  8. Cover the crockpot and cook on high for an additional 30 to 40 minutes, until the biscuits are fluffy and golden brown.
  9. Serve in bowls and enjoy!
