- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, salting the water well.
- Drain the pasta and set it aside without rinsing.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until soft and translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Sprinkle in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, stirring to combine.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream until well combined.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the creamy beef sauce and stir until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
