Description
Crab Imperial is a delicious seafood dish made with blue crabmeat and a creamy sauce, perfect for impressing guests.

- 1 lb. Blue crabmeat
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
Instructions
- Drain crabmeat by gently squeezing out all excess liquid.
- In a large bowl, combine mayo, lemon juice, celery salt, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Place crabmeat and parsley in a separate large bowl.
- Add 2/3 cup of the imperial mix to the crab and parsley. Add enough imperial mix to coat the crabmeat; the mixture should be wet but not soupy.
- Put the crab imperial in a casserole dish. DO NOT pack tightly.
- Cover the crab imperial with a moderate layer of the remaining imperial sauce.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
