Description

A deliciously sweet and salty treat combining cookie butter, chocolate, and crunchy potato chips.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped milk chocolate and dark chocolate. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the cookie butter until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed potato chips.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle extra crushed potato chips on top and optionally a light sprinkle of sea salt.
  7. Let the bark sit at room temperature until hardened, about 1 to 2 hours, or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  8. Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • For a more intense flavor, use high-quality chocolate.
