A deliciously sweet and salty treat combining cookie butter, chocolate, and crunchy potato chips.

- 8 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup cookie butter
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped milk chocolate and dark chocolate. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the cookie butter until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the crushed potato chips.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle extra crushed potato chips on top and optionally a light sprinkle of sea salt.
- Let the bark sit at room temperature until hardened, about 1 to 2 hours, or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, use high-quality chocolate.
- Feel free to experiment with different types of chips or toppings.
- This bark can be stored at room temperature or in the fridge for a chilled treat.
