A simple and comforting recipe for chicken and gravy made in a crockpot, perfect for busy days.
Ingredients

- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, and chicken broth. Stir well until combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic on top.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the crockpot and stir everything together to combine before serving.
- If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving for a pop of color.

- This dish pairs well with rice or mashed potatoes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
