Classic Cherry Delight


  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling


  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top of the cream cheese layer, spreading it out evenly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
