- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Kinder Bueno bars, chopped (about 4 bars)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped Kinder Bueno bars.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers look slightly underbaked.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
