- 1 package refrigerated croissant dough (8 oz)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or your favorite)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the package of refrigerated croissant dough and lay it flat on a clean counter.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, garlic powder, parsley, and black pepper.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly across the dough.
- Roll the dough into a log starting from the widest side.
- Shape the rolled dough into a loaf by pinching the ends together.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the top of the loaf.
- Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let the loaf cool for a few minutes before slicing it.

- For added flavor, consider adding herbs or spices to the cheese mixture.
