Ingredients
Scale
1 cup Rolled oats
1 cup Milk of your choice
1/2 cup Strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
2 tablespoons Caramel sauce or maple syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
a pinch Salt
Caramel sauce for drizzling (topping)
Chopped nuts or fresh fruits (optional topping)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, brewed coffee, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
Spoon the oat mixture evenly into two or three mason jars, leaving a little space at the top for stirring.
Secure the lids on the jars and place them in your refrigerator. Allow the oats to soak overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours, until they soften and absorb the liquid.
In the morning, give the oats a good stir and drizzle some extra caramel sauce on top. Feel free to add toppings like chopped nuts or fresh fruits.
Notes
Use rolled oats for the best texture.
Feel free to customize the sweetener based on your preference.
This recipe can be made vegan by using plant-based milk and yogurt.
