Ingredients:
- 1 lb spaghetti, cooked al dente and cooled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and black olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the spaghetti mixture and toss to combine thoroughly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
