Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (can substitute with ground turkey or plant-based meat)
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until fully browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease if necessary.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt to create the creamy sauce.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous spoonful of the special sauce on each tortilla.
- Distribute the cooked ground beef evenly across the tortillas, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, and pickles.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll from the bottom up, ensuring all fillings are secured inside.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the fillings based on your preferences.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a healthier option, consider using whole wheat tortillas.
