Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss well and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, minced onion, chopped bell pepper, and minced garlic. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice, mixing it evenly.
- In a greased casserole dish, spread half of the shrimp mixture evenly.
- Layer the filling over it, followed by the remaining shrimp.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the shrimp are cooked through.
- Once baked, allow it to cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
