- crusty bread or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the block of feta cheese in a small baking dish.
- Scatter the mixed olives and chopped sun-dried tomatoes around the feta cheese in the dish.
- Drizzle the olive oil over everything, ensuring it coats the cheese and veggies well. Sprinkle fresh herbs and black pepper over the top for additional flavor.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes until the feta is warmed through and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with crusty bread or crackers for dipping!
