  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish, preferably 8×8 inches or similar size.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, milk, brown sugar (or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  3. Sprinkle in the oats, baking powder, salt, and optional spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well until everything is combined evenly.
  4. Gently fold in half of the chocolate chips into the oat mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with remaining chocolate chips.
