- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (or more for extra heat)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the salmon bites for about 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the spicy mayo by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Once the salmon bites are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute.
- Serve hot, drizzled with spicy mayo and garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
