This is the best cheesecake I have ever had! I love it because I don’t need to bake it to have a delicious treat. Yes, you read it right! All you need to do is to mix all the ingredients and place it inside the fridge until set. This is best served on a hot day after eating a greasy meal. Oh, man, you won’t be needing ice cream or other desserts. Give it a try and feel free to add more ingredients if you want. Have a great day, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crust:

1 ¼ c graham cracker crumbs

¼ c margarine softened

¼ c sugar

Filling:

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese

1 c powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 c heavy cream, whipped

Directions:

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and margarine. Stir until well mixed.

Step 2: Transfer the mixture into a pie plate and press it hard on the bottom and the sides.

Step 3: In a separate mixing bowl, add in cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Beat until well mixed and smooth.

Step 4: Add in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and stir until well blended.

Step 5: Transfer the mixture into the prepared crust and use a spatula to smoothen out the top part.

Step 6: Place it inside the fridge to chill for about 2 to 3 hours.

Step 7: Spread the cherry pie filling on top and place it in the fridge again to chill.

Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
