This Beef Stroganoff recipe couldn’t get easier! Requires just a few ingredients and simple steps, this little to almost no effort to prep dish I the bomb!
I was hesitant about this at first. Because there is one ingredient that I can’t find – golden mushroom soup. But hey, I was persistent and I was intrigued, so I buy one from an online store. And men, this is far from the best! I added a bit more of Worcestershire as this adds so much flavour and at first just a couple of dashes of hot paprika. Who would have thought that a little kick will do this dish justice! But if you want more kick, feel free to add more!
Perfect for busy days and moms. Ready the ingredients and dump everything in the slow cooker, leaving the cream cheese behind. Before the end of the cooking time, stir in the cubed cream cheese until completely incorporated. And voila! You’ve got a mouthwatering dish on your dinner table to enjoy tonight!
2 lbs cubed stew meat
2 cans Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1 largish onion diced
2-3-4 tablespoons of Worcestershire (it adds so much flavour to the dish so feel free to add more!)
8 ounces of cream cheese
a couple of dashes of Garlic Salt
couple dashes of Hot Paprika (add more for some kick if desired)
How to make The Absolute BEST Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
Step 1: Add all ingredients to the slow cooker aside from the meat and cream cheese. Stir well before adding in the meat. Mix well.
Step 2: Set on low and cook for 8 hours.
Step 3: Ready the cream cheese just before serving. Slice in cubes.
Step 4: Adjust the crockpot to high, then stir in the cream cheese until incorporated.
Step 5: Cover and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 6: Enjoy this Beef Stroganoff over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
