4 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1 lb bacon
1 c bottled chicken wing sauce, your favorite
2/3 c brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp chili powder
dash(es) or two of cayenne pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Wash and clean the chicken breast. Pat dry. Now cut into bite size pieces about 1″ cubes. Place in a bag, add the chicken wing sauce, close bag. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Remove the chicken and wrap with bacon, secure with a toothpick. Now mix the brown sugar, chili powder and cayenne pepper in a pie plate and mix together.
3. Roll the bacon wrapped chicken in the sugar mix on all sides. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or foil sprayed with non-stick spray.
4. Bake in 350º oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
