Similar to the first gynoid fat pattern, only that it extends and goes down to the lower legs. The ones who often suffer from this problem are pregnant women. Try to sit with your legs slightly elevated. Despite the efforts of slimming down and losing body fats where they are unwanted, there are still other factors that can make it difficult, like genetic issues. Fat parents may pass this trait to their children because these are already embedded in their genes.
