2 pkg crescent rolls
1 pkg cooked sausage crumbles
1 envelope country gravy mix
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces shredded pepper Jack cheese
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Divide the crescent dough into 16 even triangles.
Step 3: Apply cooking spray in a round pizza pan.
Step 4: Arrange the dough slices onto the prepared pan.
Step 5: Press the sides of the dough creating a crust.
Step 6: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 11 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.
Step 7: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the gravy on how to prepare it.
Step 8: Add the sausage crumbles into the gravy and remove them from the heat.
Step 9: Add the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper into a small mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 10: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 11: Add butter and allow it to melt.
Step 12: Add the egg mixture. Stir and cook until done.
Step 13: Transfer the sausage mixture on top of the crust and spread it evenly.
Step 14: Place the eggs over the sausage mixture and sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top.
Step 15: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
