Roquefort Quiche

You’ll Need:

3 slices of crumbled cooked bacon.

1 (9 inch) pastry shell, partially baked.

½ cup of heavy cream.

4 ounces of softened roquefort cheese.

1 minced scallion.

3 slightly beaten eggs.

2 tbsps of butter.

How to:

Scatter the cheese, bacon and scallion in the pastry shell.

In a bowl, mix together the eggs and cream and pour the mixture over the shell.

Dot with butter and bake in a preheated oven to 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
