oasted Southern Pe-Can Brown Sugar Butter

Cook time: 10 Min Prep time: 30 Min Serves: 30-40
1 lb butter, softened
1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c pecans finly chopped
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple extract
1. Toast pecans at 350 for 7 mins.
2. Beat butter with hand mixer, until whipped.
3. Add all other ingredients and blend together. Store in refrigeration until ready to use.
