I enjoy experimenting. It’s super fun and exciting! I have a long list of favourites and another for the recipes I am yet to try. This layered ranch taco dip is a party star! My family, friends, and colleagues love every bit of this dip. It pairs well with tortilla chips. The best part is, there is no cooking required, and it is incredibly easy and quick to throw together!

This ranch taco dip has layers of refried beans, sour cream with ranch, tomato, olives, cheese, and more! I only make this on the weekend. My family complains a lot, but I want this dip to be their most look forward. It’s like teasing them! They get very excited when it’s almost the weekend because they know that they will be devouring this again. If you are planning on throwing a party, then this layered ranch taco dip is a must-try! To save time, you can prep this in advance. How amazing is that?

INGREDIENTS

1 8-oz. container sour cream

1 16-oz. can refried beans

1 small tomato, seeded and diced

⅓ c. sliced green onions

1 package, .4 oz. ranch dressing mix

tortilla chips for serving

½ c. sliced black olives

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

HOW TO MAKE LAYERED RANCH TACO DIP

Step 1: Spread the refried beans on a serving plate.

Step 2: Place the sour cream and ranch dressing mix in a small bowl. Mix well until combined. Then, spread this over the beans. Layer the tomatoes on top followed by the black olives, green onions, and cheddar cheese.

Step 3: Immediately serve the beans with tortilla chips for dipping. Enjoy!
