All Recipes Chicken

3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 c honey

1/3 c soy sauce

1/3 c onion, diced

1/4 c ketchup

2 tbsp vegetable oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

3 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c water

Sesame seeds & green onion for topping

Rice for serving


Step 1: Arrange the chicken breasts on the bottom of an Instant Pot.

Step 2: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, add the soy sauce, honey, garlic, oil, onion, and ketchup. Stir until well combined.

Step 4: Pour the mixture on top of the chicken breasts.

Step 5: Cover and seal the Instant Pot.

Step 6: Press the Meat setting and cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 7: Do a quick release, then remove the chicken.

Step 8: In a small mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup of water and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. Whisk until well combined.

Step 9: Pour the dissolved cornstarch into the Instant Pot with the sauce. Stir until well mixed.

Step 10: Press the Sauté button and leave the sauce to cook for about 5 minutes or until the texture becomes thick.

Step 11: Slice the chicken breasts into small cuts.

Step 12: Put the chicken pieces back to the pot and toss until well coated with the thick sauce.

Step 13: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Step 14: Serve over rice. Enjoy!
