Talk about a hassle-free dish! This Instant Pot Beef and Broccoli will surely satisfy your cravings! This is best served over steamed rice. Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! The sauce alone is more than enough for me. Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. One of these days, I will add chilli garlic oil in it just to know how it would taste with this dish. Although, I am pretty sure that it’s going to be really good! Have a great day, friends. Enjoy!

1 1/2 pound chuck roast or flank steak sliced into thin strips

1 tablespoon canola oil

4 cloves garlic minced

3/4 c beef broth

1/2 c soy sauce

1/3 c brown sugar

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 lb broccoli cut into florets

3 Tablespoons water

3 Tablespoons cornstarch

Step 1: Add canola oil inside the Instant pot and turn the setting to Saute mode and allow it to become hot.

Step 2: Add the meat in batches and cook until brown.

Step 3: Add the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil. Stir until well mixed and sugar is dissolved completely.

Step 4: Seal the cover and turn the setting to high. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Step 5: Release the pressure once done. Make sure to set the valve in a vending position. When it drops, gently remove the lid.

Step 6: Add in the broccoli and gently stir until just mixed.

Step 7: Cook for another 2 minutes over high pressure.

Step 8: Release the pressure once done and remove the lid.

Step 9: Add in the dissolved cornstarch and stir until smooth and thick.

Step 10: Serve warm and enjoy!
