I am now officially obsessed with Instant Pot! I have countless recipes I would like to try, and this one here is so far my favourite. So easy and quick to prep with only three ingredients, these Baked Potatoes are ready in under thirty-five minutes! I enjoy this so much, it is much quicker than baking in the oven, and you can leave it too long in the IP without the worry of burning them! Fluffy and super delicious, this Instant Pot Baked Potatoes is insanely easy to make and I am one hundred sure that you’ll enjoy these bad boys. Making potatoes couldn’t get easier thanks to my beloved IP.

If you would like, you can place these bad boys on a baking tray, sprits a bit of olive on them, and sprinkle with sea salt, then broil for a crispier skin. I love them the way they are, so this step is entirely up to you.


4 medium potatoes

How to make Instant Pot Baked Potatoes

Step 1: Poke small holes on each potato about six times with a fork.

Step 2: Put the trivet inside the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.

Step 3: Add the potatoes over the rivet, then close and seal the Instant Pot.

Step 4: Cook for about 15 minutes on a high setting.

Step 5: Release the pressure.

Step 6: You can arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet and apply the cooking spray. Season with salt and broil inside the oven for 3 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
